Supporting and advising for data generation strategy, using health economics, outcomes research and real-world evidence, customize budget impact models, epidemiology and burden of illness data

PRICING

Leading complete process related to robust pricing management, managing international reference pricing, value based pricing, creation of innovative offers for reference pricing database.

Establishing pricing processes and databases that support Regular Pricing adjustment strategies, including outcome-based solution and risk sharing agreements with the authorities

Using and conducting Harrison assessments technics for thetalent management program (Acquire, Develop, Lead & Engage Talent)

Managing all activities with Ministry of Health (pharmaceuticals, medical devices, etc.), Ministry of Agriculture and relevant institutions in Turkey covering registration and license, preparation of CTD files, GMP inspections, establishment of the quality management system (preparation of SOP and all necessary documentation specifically for the company) and lobbying activities.
