- Creating global pricing database for international reference pricing legislation
Guiding Market Access Activities
- Leading reimbursement activities for the countries globally (covering EU, UK, US, Canada, TR, Argentina, Brazil, China) for approved indications and work in close collaboration with country`s colleagues to ensure successful and favorable reimbursement and no delays / restrictions for patient access to treatment
- Providing skills/tactics/risk sharing agreements to obtain best market access conditions and to unlock blocked negotiations
- Delivering Health economic arguments for local markets and continuously build epidemiology data, real-world evidence of effectiveness and of its economic benefits
- Defining building blocks and building local value propositions based on clinical practice for optimal demand generation
Coaching and Training
- Build Market Access teams, mindsets and concepts for local and/or global divisions and ensuring market access excellence in key fundamentals & capabilities in local markets in EU
- Leading change management programs under various leadership roles in different national cultures and in different Corporate cultures for Pharma, Medical Nutrition and Food Industry.
